- Membership fees for the 2012 season is $170.00 ($340.00 for maximum of 2 stalls, if available.) Please make cheque payable to Brockville Farmers' Market Association.
- Deadline for application submission and payment for the 2012 season is February 28, 2012 to maintain previous seniority. Applications received after that date will be assigned spaces as available.
- A copy of this form with your allocated stall number(s) when approved will be returned to you as your Seasonal Vendor's Permit for 2012.
- A $30.00 fee is charged for N.S.F cheques; your application will be held until appropriate fees are paid.
